Valda Boardman Public Relations will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which, Valda Boardman Public Relations obtains the content and because of the nature of the Internet, Valda Boardman Public Relations does not give you any other warranties. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Valda Boardman Public Relations makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

Irish law will apply to this Agreement and both you and Valda Boardman Public Relations agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. All contracts that result from the use of this website are concluded in English.
Relevant legislation governing these Terms & Conditions is the Consumer Information Act, 1978, 2000, the EU Directive on Distance Selling, SI 207 of 2001 and SI 68 of 2003, the Data Protection (Amendment) Act, 2003 and the Copyright & Related Act, 2000.

These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
